Sometimes, life throws curveballs that make you wonder if you’re actually a grown-up or just a big kid playing dress-up. I’ve definitely felt this way, especially when tackling grown-up stuff like switching careers, wrangling with my mind gremlins, and trying to figure out this whole human interaction thing. It’s times like these when I wish I had a hotline to a wise old owl or a quirky wizard for some much-needed guidance and a good laugh.

Hello! My name is Adreanna.

I am a certified life coach and support person who is here to help women break free from negative thought patterns and a victim mentality, and empower them to take control of their lives with confidence and positivity.

As a certified life coach, my goal is to help women improve various aspects of their lives. I can assist women in building confidence, identifying and pursuing areas of growth and self-improvement, and creating self-empowering strategies to overcome fear and limiting beliefs. I can also help women redefine their ideas of success, create a better work-life balance, identify their core strengths, and prepare for and manage major life events.

My purpose is to help women express their unique talents and become the best version of themselves through insight, optimism, honesty, and empathy.

As your support person, I am here to offer the following:

  • Empathetic listening skills to create a safe space that is free of judgment, allowing you to explore your journey in your own unique way.
  • Assistance in finding alternative solutions to help you achieve your goals.
  • Help in discovering your authentic self and living fully in your own life story.
  • Guidance in finding the tools and resources that can support you in pursuing your goals.
  • Exploration of the possibilities of career and life changes.
  • Assistance in establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries in your relationships.

As your life coach/support person, I have created a 6-week program to help you begin your journey into discovering and living the best version of yourself. This program has been designed to help you identify, strategize, envision, and implement your life’s vision. Here’s how:

  • Week 1: Identify areas that need improvement and require your focus.
  • Week 2: Set your intentions, strategize, and begin working towards your goals.
  • Week 3: Take time to explore all aspects of yourself, including your past experiences and how they can help you on your journey.
  • Week 4: Discover your true purpose in life.
  • Week 5: Define your life and what you want it to be.
  • Week 6: Bring your vision to life and start living the life you want to live!
